The remedial measures for plastic label defects are as follows:

(1) Increase injection molding speed.

(2) Check the amount of plastic in the hopper.

(3) Check if the injection schedule is set correctly and make any necessary changes.

(4) Check if the check valve is worn or cracked.

(5) Check if the operation is stable.

(6) Increase the melting temperature of the adhesive.

(7) Increase back pressure.

(8) Increase injection molding speed.

(9) Check for foreign objects or unplasticized plastic in the nozzle hole.

(10) Check all the outer layers of the heater and use an ammeter to check if the energy output is correct.

(11) Increase the screw forward time.

(12) Increase the cooling capacity in the throat area of the feeding hopper or reduce the temperature in the rear area of the injection cylinder.

(13) Use a larger injection molding machine.

(14) Increase the mold temperature appropriately.

(15) Clean the rust inhibitor inside the mold.

(16) Check or replace the stop ring.
